Notes on Deacon Steve’s Funeral:
• Bishop Larry will celebrate the Mass.
• There will be a very large number of people attending the funeral from Holy Trinity and the Diocese, including visiting priests, 28 deacons and their wives. The parking will be full.
• Attendees and volunteers are asked to carpool, get dropped off, take the shuttle, or find a way to attend, without bringing your car
• A shuttle service will run from Maunalua Bay Beach Park Directions to Parking from 8:30 am until 12:30 pm. Shuttle vehicles will be marked and will be parked close to the canoe storage building.
• We have organized the volunteers for events before, during, and after the funeral. If you are selected, you will be contacted well in advance.
• Volunteers who carpool will be directed to park along the wall of the Koko Head exit and the row closest to the Makai House.
• Bento boxes and water to-go will be provided after the Mass in the gym
• There will be no Confessions heard on Saturday, Feb 3.
• The Thrift Shop and Bookstore will be closed on Saturday, Feb 3.
